1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of MifyCare Solutions Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
MifyCare Solutions Inc. provides healthcare staffing and community care services across Alberta and beyond. Our services include:
- Facility staffing for nursing and retirement homes
- Community support for group homes and supported living programs
- Respite and home care services
- Temporary and permanent healthcare professional placements
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients using our staffing services agree to:
- Provide accurate information about staffing needs and requirements
- Maintain a safe and appropriate work environment for our staff
- Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations and standards
- Pay for services according to agreed-upon terms
- Provide timely feedback regarding staff performance
4. Healthcare Professional Responsibilities
Healthcare professionals working with MifyCare Solutions agree to:
- Maintain current certifications, licenses, and credentials
- Provide accurate information in applications and documentation
- Adhere to professional standards and codes of conduct
- Complete assigned shifts and provide adequate notice for cancellations
- Maintain confidentiality of client and patient information
5. Screening and Verification
We conduct comprehensive screening of all healthcare professionals, including background checks, credential verification, and reference checks. However, clients are responsible for their own assessment and supervision of staff.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. Clients agree to pay invoices within the specified timeframe. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees.
7. Cancellation and Termination
Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in service agreements. Cancellation policies for individual shifts or assignments are outlined in client contracts.
8. Limitation of Liability
MifyCare Solutions Inc. provides staffing services but is not responsible for the actions of healthcare professionals while performing their duties. Clients maintain responsibility for patient care and supervision of staff. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services.
9. Confidentiality
All parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, including patient data, business information, and personal details, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
10. Compliance with Laws
All services are provided in compliance with Canadian federal and provincial laws, including healthcare regulations, employment standards, and privacy legislation.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to the laws of Alberta, Canada.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
